The Course

Order of Events for CYWOT Race 3 

Order of events will be the same as Race 2.

  • Run - 2km
  • Swim - 1.1km
  • Run - 2km
  • Choose your Weapon Paddle Course – approx 2km, 4km and 6km
  • Run- 2km

 

BLUE = Run Course 

RED = Swim Course

YELLOW = Paddle Course (number of laps will depend on your choice of weapon)
